The product once sold will not be replaced or exchanged. EklavyaK12 will not be responsible for any damage/loss of Storage Media after the sale.

By purchasing/installing this software, you agree that you cannot cancel the order or your Eklavya K12 product license and no refund, whether full or partial, will be provided if the product or license is activated. if the product is not activated, and you want to get a refund then you you have to apply for a refund within 48 hrs after purchase, so you can get the refund of the base Amount of product without taxes and processing fees.
If the particular standard/product (s) are in warranty and Board portion of particular subject(s) changes, then only changed portion of course material will be sent separately.
If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can get a replacement within 7 days of delivery at no extra cost. The 1-year Replacement Guarantee is applicable to all physical products sold on Eklavya K12 as per academic year. While requesting product replacement, you must present your receipt of purchase and Product.
Items should be returned in the original condition you had
received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in
certain instances:
a. Damages due to misuse of product
b.
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
c. Any
consumable item which has been used or installed
d. Products with
tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
e. Any damage/defect
which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
f. Any
product that is returned without all original packaging and
accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any,
and all other items originally included with the product(s)
delivered.
